| This wood stove surround features a Persian Revival decorative border that wraps both walls and the hearth. The field tiles are faience stoneware. |

| The walls are 3 different sizes of tile. The main field is 4"x4" set on the diamond, bordered by 3"x3" tiles, framed with a 6" x12" repeating border and custom corner pieces. The area behind the custom mantel shelves are 6"x6" tiles set in a staggered joint pattern which are also bordered by 3" x3" and finished with a molded trim. |

| Here you can see the attention to detail in planning and layout as the decorative border tiles were installed in a way that the pattern continues despite the changes in plane from the walls to the hearth and around a corner. |
